Complimentary product support is offered through our support forum.

Support for Home Users

Home Users must use the support forum (see above) for any questions regarding the setup and use of our software. No e-mail support is provided for home users.

Support for Professional Users

We will answer support e-mails on a best effort basis, but cannot guarantee any level of support. Please consider posting to the support forum first.

We offer paid phone and e-mail support as well as remote installation assistance and ongoing maintenance of your software installations. Please contact us for a quote.
